LSE Central Building Redevelopment & Marshall Building

The Marshall Building is the newest addition to the London School of Economics and Political Science campus, boasting an exposed concrete interior on the ground floor and will house several academic and research departments including the Marshall Institute for Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship.

The Central Building Redevelopment (CBR) is a 19,000m² campus and provides extensive faculty offices, teaching facilities and support spaces in connection with the Social Sciences faculty. The design is targeted to achieve the highest possible environmental credentials – BREEAM ‘Outstanding’.

DGP have been contracted to work on both LSE projects to deliver the Construction Logistics, Site Security and Builders Works.
