Panorama, St Paul’s

The Panorama in St Pauls is the transformation of an outdated 1980’s office building into a sustainable, mixed-use destination of exceptional offices, landscaped terraces and occupier wellness and well-being amenities, a retail arcade at street-level, alongside a rooftop terrace with a restaurant and wildflower meadow that will be open to the public.

Through extensive retention of the existing structure and reuse of existing facade limestone, the project saved up to three years of demolition/new construction and reduced overall embodied carbon as part of a net zero carbon strategy.
