Paddington Square
Paddington Square is a dynamic £350m retail and commercial development. Once complete, it will include West London’s highest premium, two-level rooftop restaurant and terrace, create 40 new shops and deliver 1.35 acres of public piazza surrounding the new Bakerloo Line Ticket Hall. The commercial offices will provide 350,000 ft2 of flexible workspace across 14 floors with an emphasis on wellbeing and sustainability.
