33 Charterhouse Street

Located adjacent to Farringdon Station, 33 Charterhouse Street is a 10 storey, 200,000 sq.ft commercial development and the UKs first building to be awarded a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.

DGP logistics were contracted to supply a full logistics package and fit-out the onsite temporary accommodation. The Traffic Management was key the safe and success delivery of the project, particularly during the planning and construction of the basement. This involved the coordination of over 120 muck-away lorries at the peak, the effective management of the pit lane to ensure efficient lorry movements, prevent of any congestion and create a safe environment for all pedestrians, drivers and cyclists using the extremely busy cycle lane which was adjacent to the site.
