Did you know, on average, a person sleeps 26 years in their lifetime? Shared during the "Power of Sleep" webinar in partnership with Everymind at Work, facilitated by Michelle Flynn. The workshop emphasised the crucial role sleep plays in our physical and mental wellbeing. Thank you to Everymind at Work for organising and Michelle for her insights.

Our final 2023 DGP wellbeing session wraps up a year of support with 12 community webinars and 4 DGP exclusives. Grateful for this partnership, we look forward to continuing to prioritise DGP employee wellbeing in 2024.
